To celebrate individuals who demonstrate these values, we proudly offer our Monthly PRIDE Prize. Both staff and people supported are eligible to be nominated and recognized. Nominations can be submitted by co-workers, peers, or others who witness these values in action, highlighting moments of growth, leadership, kindness, and excellence.

Through this recognition, we reinforce a culture of inclusion, accountability, and appreciation—because everyone plays an important role in creating a positive and empowering environment.
